Contact details you submit (name, work email, company, number of locations, inquiry type, message), plus interaction data from spawnpartners.com and portal.spawnpartners.com through Microsoft Clarity, including behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays. Portal recordings use Strict masking so rendered text is masked before it is sent to Clarity. Microsoft may process interaction data using cookies and similar technologies. To respond to demo requests and project inquiries, deliver our platform and software services, operate and improve our websites and services, and communicate about your engagement. We do not sell personal information.
We share data only with subprocessors required to operate the service, and only as needed. We require confidentiality and appropriate safeguards from every subprocessor.
