Platform access, consulting, and custom software work are scoped in a separate agreement. Where we offer outcome-based pricing, the success metric and fee are defined in that agreement, not on this site.
Audit findings and any data we process on your behalf are treated as confidential and used only to deliver the services you engage us for.
The site and its content are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Spawn Partners is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Engagement liability is governed by your agreement.
