These terms govern your use of the Spawn website and the audit and software services described on it. Engagements are also governed by a separate signed agreement.
Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes related to evaluating and engaging Spawn. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Engagements
Audits and custom-software work are scoped in a separate agreement. Where we offer outcome-based pricing, the success metric and fee are defined in that agreement, not on this site.
Confidentiality
Audit findings and any data we process on your behalf are treated as confidential and used only to deliver the services you engage us for.
Liability
The site and its content are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Spawn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Engagement liability is governed by your agreement.
